Our school values drive our vision and are drawn from consultations with all stakeholders around the values we would like our children to develop within their time with us and those we would like to see the staff team to model. For each value, we have an explanation for children and adults. 

Be Respectful

I show respect by listening to others, understanding differences and being polite.

I respect the opinions, experience and professionalism of others and can engage in positive constructive discussion.

I will be responsible for my own actions and be ready for learning.

I will be proactive in ensuring I have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to undertake my role with professionalism and integrity.

 

Be Resilient

 

I will try to manage challenges positively and know it is OK to ask for help with my work or my feelings.

I am able to recognise the impact of challenging events on my personal wellbeing and am able to seek support from colleagues as needed.
